Selected tags not displaying

Description

After saving tags to an item, it does not appear with all tags.
Saving/Saving an edit of an item
Create an item, set tags to it, edit that items - expect to see all tags, but only one appears

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
