File type on edit item gets added twice

Steps to reproduce:

Add a file (ex. file.mp3) Go to upload queue and click edit Confirm edits to file New item now has file extension added twice (file.mp3.mp3)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
