Fix up Redux structure

• What: Redux store structure is not quite right after being looked over by a more experienced dev.
• How: When trying to create further actions, fixing the structure will simply how things are managed now and in the future.
• When: When trying to do something simple, it is currently more complicated than it should be and will be more in the future if not fixed soon.
