Dynamic dropdown on AddScreen

what

• There is currently no visual feedback on the dropdowns on the form.
• Though uploads are going to the correct file when selected, the user expects visual feedback showing their selection

how

• Either the picker has been set up incorrectly, or the behaviour is different to dropdowns on the web. If the latter, we will need to improve the UX on the phone to give feedback to let the user know what they have selected

acceptance

• When the user selects a dropdown option and presses away from the dropdown, user-selected option should now be in the box.
