Fix spacing on Upload button

what: the Button on PendingScreen to upload items is partially hidden in the bottom tabbed navigation
how: Navigate to PendingScreen.
b case: as a user I want buttons to be clear and obvious on the screen

acceptance criteria

Button is not half-hidden in the bottom tabbed navigation

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
