User feedback when item successfully added to pending

WHAT: Implement some sort of response for the user when an item has been successfully added to

• open to discussion
  • Could be a message
  • Could have a count number on the pending icon...

For now: message/alery with a timeout. Later on would be cool to have things in chronological order.

As a user I want to know whether my item has been added to pending without having to navigate another screen
