Add Sentry to React Native

Add Sentry (https://sentry.catalyst.net.nz) to project. This will allow reports of crashes etc. to be sent to a centralized location.

Update:

Successfully implemented but needs some consideration before being merged in as parts of it will need to be kept separate from public repo (https://gitlab.wgtn.cat-it.co.nz/elearning/mahara-mobile-react-native/tree/50-sentry)
Additionally, Sentry needs an upgrade for native crash reports & for stacktrace on release JS errors

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
