Audio permissions not working

Audio permissions are intermittently not working, without going into settings to allow it which is cumbersome.

Add in a permission check so that it won't error if permissions haven't been allowed Add in way to trigger permissions so that it will prompt if not permitted

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
