Switch order of constructor arguments for LeapExportElementResumeCompositeChild.

This makes it more consistent with LeapExportElement, which it inherits
from.

It would probably be fine around the other way, but it was confusing
reading the code and seeing it being maded in a different way to
everywhere else, so I changed it.
