* Only check the submitted value if the form is submitted. Previously,
  only the 'value' was being checked if the form was submitted, which

This might be dangerous, not applying to trunk/stable yet.

This means session timeouts are ok on the view access screen.

In reality I should make it work for any amount of dimensions, but this will handle the vast majority of cases for now.

It's an integer check, and it's useful for dates.

Added patch to pieforms to support 'showdescriptiononerror' flag. Merged to Pieforms upstream. This is used by the register screen for a bit more sanity if registration fails

Merged in pieforms change to textarea element. Now newlines are converted to be unix newlines from form data.

Fix to have pieforms use the language the site is using. Added german translation of expiry element (thanks to Heinz)
