One suggestion for improvement is to have several layout templates and allow the user to pick one.

For now, it makes sure that all resume fields a user has are displayed in the block at all times (excluding goals and skills)

Added blogpost blocktype, first cut. The title of the blogpost is used for the title of any blockinstance made.

Currently, the artefact chooser for choosing a blogpost is stuffed, because the artefact chooser is still assuming that images and files are what is in it.

First cut at the filedownload blocktype. There's a bug in the artefact chooser to do with ajax and multipage choice of artefacts that I'll deal with later

artefact_file_. Included the upgrade also.

installed_$plugintype instead of config_$plugintype. lots of changes to
support this. new plugin_types function too

and theme set up, parameter cleaning. This  is just being committed now
so I can pull, not to be considered complete
