Also add a few theme changes that allow some more
      features on small devices.
      - Printing links
      - Settings link in top right corner
      - Create/copy page/collection link
      - Edit/delete buttons
      - Remove group members button
      - Help icons
      - Administration link

Also made the admin link show in full

The items that are disabled when device detection is on
and user is on a mobile device are:
      - TinyMCE editor
      - Adding new blocks to pages, this is now a non-js version
      - Dropdown menu's
      - Export functionality

Reparented default onto raw, and removed redundant overrides · ffb7823d

      Non-Meaningful is defined as:

      - no result from diff -uw
      - line changes only from diff -uw
      - removal of escaping (probably caused by devs adding |escape to the
master templates and evonne having copied the old one)
      - diff, but caused by new features on master in the templates and not in
evonnes copy (eg plugin config page has disable links now)

New default theme. Broken! · 2290f2fe
      Nigel McNie authored
It needs reparenting off the raw theme. And it's broken as it stands as it was developed against 1.1. But we can fix it.

The great themebusting commit of '09! · 49e8470c
      Nigel McNie authored
Strips down the default theme to a very bare minimum, to allow better theming.

The next commits will move this theme to 'raw', and commit a new default theme that looks mostly like the old one.

Export UI part 2: Progress bar for downloads. · 951b5936

Works without javascript! Using a sneaky iframe.

Untested on browsers other than ff3.

Even on small exports it seems to be needed, which could be worrying ;)

Also added a bunch of i18n for it.

Add a CSS file that is only hooked in if javascript is enabled. · 2a44dba5
      Nigel McNie authored
We can use this to apply certain styles when javascript is around - most notably, to have stuff that is shown when javascript is off, but hidden by default when it is on.

There are two classes provided to help with this: js-hidden and nojs-hidden. They hide the element they're applied to when javascript is on or off respectively.
