Add in a column to the resultset of auth_get_auth_instances_for_institutions so it matches auth_get_auth_instances, and thus doesn't cause a notice on the admin Add User page.

Mysql returning the field count fields as count(x.id) rather than
simply count

Converting to a bigint is way overkill, but I'mna blame XMLDB for that.

Move the post edits text inside the post box itself so it's easy to tell what post is being talked about.

NOTE: this fix was cherry-picked from master after the same bug was discovered
on 1.0_STABLE. It looks like it wasn't the mochikit upgrade on master that
caused the issue, but that doesn't matter because the fix works everwhere.
