Also included is an inbox blocktype for dashboard views which shows the
user's most recent notifications. Multiple instances of this block can
be present in a dashboard view, and the message types displayed in each
can be configured.

A default dashboard view is installed for each user the next time they
log in. Additionally, since the profile view is now shown in the view
list, it is installed on login, rather than when the profile is first
requested.

- Style (i.e. different colour) the logout button differently

In the view editor:

- Style (i.e. colours) the cancel/prev and next/submit buttons differently.

Simplify to use normal themes as view themes
Remove view/edit profile page links from menu and add to edit profile page
Add link to edit profile page when editing profile View
Use microheader on view editing pages

Previously, it would link to view/view.php for the view, which while
technically correct, was also confusing.

This reverts commit c0eb84f4.

Rework the middle bit between the top and bottom panes to be in a table,
so we can put the view selector in the middle.

The 'default' theme is to come back shortly.

Strips down the default theme to a very bare minimum, to allow better theming.

The next commits will move this theme to 'raw', and commit a new default theme that looks mostly like the old one.

More work on profile views and three new blocktypes (myfriends/mygroups/myviews) to emulate current profile page TODO: - write wall blocktype - change install default profile view hook to add blocks - upgrade path (xmldb & migration) - blocktype and category and singleblockperview implementation

    - TESTING

* A more neutral colour scheme, appropriate for a default installation
* Forms are layed out with the title beside the inputs
* The profile page is in tabs
* Layout is cleaner and clearer
* Still will be some bugs, especially in IE!
