Changed the way the form is used, now when a different filter is
selected the type is updated in the pieform. This allows the pieform
to use the type variable to change the sql update and delete statements

That left padding 2px is in fact 7px (5px is added by top-wrapper), the title
inside div block has the same layout as titles in the tabs.

need to be made accessible in the new view. This is done through the
view_artefact table.
