Added a language string for confirming deleting a blockinstance. Also changed other language strings to refer to them as 'blocks', users probably would get confused by the 'instance' part.

sends data back to database, reads data from database.

Getting the reordering done with the unique constraint on view/column/order
was .. interesting ...

- beginnings of sourcing view block data from the database and some work on the BlockInstance class.

Fixed up some of the admin/extensions/plugins.php stuff to do with
artefacts & blocktypes and their interdependencies.
(there's still a todo in there but it's cosmetic).

Added a missing language string about javascript not being enabled. Will be a good day when we can remove this string\!

Changed language string for forgot password form from 'change' to 'send' as per request from Richard

Fixed bug #712 - now 'site default' is allowed as a language setting for people. Newly registered users have this default, so if the site language is something else, they will be using that by default.

Renamed 'recent activity' to notifications. It's a bit of a 'dumb' rename, not taking filesystem paths or grammar into account, but then the whole settings section needs a path overhaul later anyway.

Fix for bug #726, another string made translatable. While I was there I json_encoded some of those get_string wotsits.

The javascript calendar integration appears to have some bugs, some in the calendar and some in the hook-in javascript I wrote. I did manage to get the date inserting when you clicked 'today', but other problems with the behaviour (like not being able to select certain dates from the calendar under certain conditions) have led me to remove the javascript handling of valid dates and implement it server-side (as it should have already been anyway).

Maybe later, someone can come back and do the javascript properly.

Renaming communities to groups step 1: everywhere in the code. Filenames and database changes to come.
