Normally it should load more options if they exist when one scrolls to
the bottom of the list, but was not working as the 'more' bits of code
were left out.

Adds the url id to the information returned by search_group, and
passes this into the javascript in the "Share with other users and
groups" fieldset on the Edit access page.

Bug #825595.

Add "Friends" search functionality to "Share with other users and
groups" section. The Friends search view is also the new default now,
instead of Users.

The perf_to_log() call was missing in several places, such as when serving files from
download.php & thumb.php, redirects, and many ajax scripts not using json_reply().

When assigning view access, allow users to assign access to any group, not just the ones they're in.

The name is largely irrelevant as it's only the creator of the file.

changed search so logged in user isn't included as it makes no sense to give yourself access to a view

I was actually looking to fix a bug about it displaying the currently logged in user in search results, but there's a change on the forums branch that will allow this, and I don't want conflicts.

Renaming communities to groups step 1: everywhere in the code. Filenames and database changes to come.
