This allows messages to appear to be from a given user instead of from the system itself.

Also add a flag for activity types to choose whether this means exposing the user's email address. Contact Us implements this and shows the address while forum posts hide the address.

Also destroy the session when creating a new user, to prevent strange session-out-of-sync problems. I think they only happen when a crash happens while creating a user account but you can't be too careful.

The former controls whether Mahara should send any e-mail. If set to false, Mahara will never send email. Good for setting up a test system when you don't want to muck around with users' email addresses to prevent sending.

The latter allows you to have all email emerging from the system sent to some other e-mail address instead of where it is aimed for.
