Use the $title variable we prepared earlier for the page title, which silences a warning when visiting the new post page.

* Set the page title within this script, so we can say which blog we are making a new post for.
* Removed the description for the blog post title, it's a bit condescending.
* Display tags on an attachment properly.

The name is largely irrelevant as it's only the creator of the file.

Added 'pasteword' button to blog post form. Related to #653, but I couldn't get the icon to show up.

It doesn't seem to be a syntax error, so there's little harm in putting it in and seeing if it works later.

made two alerts for adding blog entries translatable

Now permissions are checked in the blog edit/view pages, rather than in the constructor, which was only later going to end in pain and suffering. This will mean that views with blogs in them will work again, as per bug #1168.
