There is one edited lang string key which I am not sure where it belongs to.
When it was created 8 years ago, there was a typo on the key. Probs a
copy paste error.

Better maintenance to have keep strings used in webservices as lang strings rather than
hardcoding them in.

To test: Have a person in an institution where the institution language
is not English. Make sure the lang pack has translations for the
strings to test. Make sure the person doesn't have their lang set in
usr_account_preferences table - so they are defaulting to the
institution default.

Share a collection to that person from another person in an
institution that uses english

The message should be in the language of the receiver

Added a browser dialog window for when users try deleting an external app.
This prevents users from accidentally deleting the wrong item.

Adding a grey border to the active link in the arrow-bar nav (inbox
or groups navigation) where the white background of the link is hard
to see on the light grey bar but at the same time can't darken the
grey bar due to normal links needing constrast too.
