Normally it should load more options if they exist when one scrolls to
the bottom of the list, but was not working as the 'more' bits of code
were left out.

- Modify the AJAX data adapter and search box so that items are
  read out when moving up and down through them with the keyboard
- Link select2 instances to the label(s) of the original <select>
- Allow removing tags with the keyboard
- Hide original <select> completely instead of leaving it
  accessible to screen readers
- Keep focus position when loading more elements with infinite
  scrolling
- Add behat step to set select2 value(s)

being removable in the select2 selector

Table from plugin artefact.blog/blocktype:taggedposts wasn't deleted
because plugins inside an artefact were not retrieved in the uninstall
process.

Bug 1540667: Prior to commit c4329032, we were loading htdocs/artefact/internal/lib.php
on *every* page load, via the login auth method's code that checked for missing
internal artefact files. This call meant that we also loaded artefact/lib.php on
every page load.

Removing that for performance reasons, caused some calls to embeddedimages.php to fail,
when they were on pages that aren't otherwise requiring artefact/lib.php.

Updated font "Bree Serif" in theme default to properly display extended
latin and cyrillic characters. Added support for greek characters.
Since "Bree Serif" is licensed under SIL OFL license which does not allow
the redistribution of derivative versions without wholesale name changes
inside and out of the font, it was renamed to "Breeze Serif".

Updated font "Oswald" in theme ocean by adding support for greek characters.
Since "Oswald" is licensed under SIL OFL license which does not allow the
redistribution of derivative versions without wholesale name changes inside
and out of the font, it was renamed to "Osvaldo".
