Ran the copyright notice corrector script so all Mahara related files are correctly licensed under the GPL3.

changing view layout to be a two step process for users with editing columns on view/blocks turned off

changed search so logged in user isn't included as it makes no sense to give yourself access to a view

Don't link to small profile field artefacts from my views; when they are linkable, use the artefact type as the display title rather than the artefact title

adding confirm dialog to cancel with new view, and cancelling now deletes the partially created view

moves access start and end dates from /view/edit.php to /view/access.php to be with the other view access controls

Change a column alias to use the correct alias name that the table was given, to prevent a query failing. Fixes #1845.

Send back the offset that the results are up to in the artefact chooser, as it's needed by the ArtefactChooserData object. Part of the fix for #1718.

Temporary however, the plan is to make this page work without javascript, which basically means a complete overhaul.

Remove acceptance of path parameter, not needed any more. Shorten the defining of the TITLE constant.

In particular, finally, the name of the user is linked to their profile page, which should surely help discovery of their profiles, given it's the main way that people see one another's content.

Removed the buggy old way of generating an artefact hierarchy path and replaced with something most likely slower but at least it's correct for now. Premature optimisation is the root of all evil, as they say. Flagged it with a comment for review later however.

Added a page title, and other misc. cleanup.

It does basically do what the old one did. I do want to poke it into having the feedback not need javascript though.
