Google keeps spitting out different urls to their users. Our users
aren't going to understand how to massage these to the correct
format, so we have to try keep up. Bad google, bad.

Some people already see the new Google documents interface.
The help file is updated to reflect the changes in selecting
the "Publish on the web" link. A few other small changes have
been made to update the workflow.

This adds a new regex that catches the new format. Addendum
to 8c1316f3

 in which "id=" changed
to "key=", this patch covers spreadsheets where google has now
changed the url from "/pub." to "/ccc."

It seems that the google spreadsheets published url changed and was
not being caught by the existing regexs. This adds a new regex that
catches the new format.

The current theme is now searched for the blocktype thumb.png icon.
This change also moves the existing blocktype icons from the blocktype
base directory into theme/raw/static/images.  To ensure 3rd party
blocktype icons continue to work, thumb.png icons in the base directory
will still be displayed if no icon is found in the raw theme.

The "External feeds" tab looked a bit empty with just the External
Feeds block. We now have enough blocks to make it worthwhile to
have a tab for them: externalvideo, externalfeed and googleapps.

On Mahara sites served over HTTPS, the Google Books, Calendar,
Docs and Maps logos were seen by the browser as insecure content.

This patch uses the HTTPS version of the logos when needed.

It also always links to the secure versions of Docs and Calendar
just to ensure that our users are directed to the secure versions
of these Google services.
