This fixes the problem that just linked files (rather than linked file
entries) were not being imported.

Since the blog is the default fallback importer, make it be aware of
selections and import them as blogs, rather than blogposts.

It's still necessary to have a strategy for importing these entries as
blogposts as well, in case some of the child entries have a higher
weighted strategy as the fallback, because in that case, they'll be
imported using that strategy and the selection would be lost.

- use the mahara logo if the user has no profile icon set
- use the user's personal website as the author uri, if set
- add a generator to indicate that the feed was generated by Mahara
- set the icon element to use favicon.ico
- set feed rights based on presence or lack of CC block in view
- display feed icon in the view if the view is public

- Fixed inline templating in javascript in authlist.tpl

Fixes an exception caused by uploading just a leap2a XML file instead of
the zip file. In this case, the leap2a file refers to attachments that
(naturally) aren't included with the upload.

Read it on import, and while I was there, fixed the broken blog post
attachment importing.
