Note: Test doesn't work beacuse I can't create groups

1) Adding it to the tinymce if MathJax is enabled
2) Converting the uppercase Greek letters that have equivalents in standard alphabet
to those letters as MathJax doesn't adjust them

For most sites this will be still only one cached set of navs but for
the sites that allow different choices of languages it will cache it
in the language the user is currently using
