To be just one I choose "item" in _which_ menu

This is to work similar to how we get submenu items

I've left the random clicking/checking menu items behat tests to do it
the old way as it is important there to do the actual clicking steps

- Added checkboxes element option of hideselectorbuttons and for this
  instance we set it to true.
- Added a condition to checkout if hideselectorbuttons is set.
- Minor style fix to make checkboxes align with their labels.

Note: The style fix is only a quick fix, we might need to consider
consolidating some form styling to ensure that they are consistent and
easier to read/change in the future.

Enhance the "Watched pages" block to configure it so as to
display changes relating to users' friends since their last
login of different time frame (e.g. last week, last month,
last quarter, last year, etc.).

  Separate normal navigation menu from admin navigation menu
    and place it next to user menu at the top right
