The 'default' theme is to come back shortly.

Strips down the default theme to a very bare minimum, to allow better theming.

The next commits will move this theme to 'raw', and commit a new default theme that looks mostly like the old one.

Add a hover title to all clickable titles in a view telling the user that they can click for more information and to place feedback.

Make the titles of blocks able to be a URL to viewing more information about the artefact inside them.

Only bother outputting the <h4> with the header if there is a title set when viewing a block. This allows people to set no title for their block if they like.
