Bug 1390339: Before, we had hard-coded the "image" and "text" blocks into
the top of the block picker. With this change, a block developer can
just give their blocktype the category "shortcut" and it will show up there.

Bug #1382890

Old fix involved a hard-coded font size which was bad
This involves finding the computed size in px of what all the
font-family/font-size/width etc that would have been in play and
giving the cloned textarea the same width.

The lang strings for the watchlist needed to be
updated as there is no watchlist for groups and
journals. I also alphabetized the strings in the
help file for the inbox.

Bug 1385564: This doesn't provide much additional security, because if
the access cookies are still in your browser session, then the secret URL
itself is probably still in your browser history. But if someone goes to
the trouble of logging out *and* clearing their browser history, this
will ensure that it actually does end the secreturl access cookie like
they'd expect.
