So that 'Groups' reads out as either 'Administer groups' for those screenreaders that respect aria-hidden or 'Groups (Administer groups)' in admin section when dropdown navigation is off to differentiate it from the 'Groups' in main section. When the dropdown is on the submenu list is read out so easily indicates where one is already. Change-Id: Ia70d742e8940fa6ec35957c97588a2ad719a62df Signed-off-by:

Changed the dropdown navigation to be navigable using the keyboard (if Javascript is enabled). - The tab key navigates all menus and submenus in order - Links in the main navigation bar can be navigated with the left and right arrows - Submenus can be navigated with the up and down arrows and can be closed with the Esc key. Pressing left or right opens the previous or next menu Note: Dropdown navigation works as before with JS disabled and only requires it for keyboard accessibility. There is a new optional setting called $cfg->httpswwwroot. The reason we have a new setting instead of simply substituting 'http://' with 'https://' in $cfg->wwwroot, like Moodle currently does, is that this prevents people from using non-standard ports in their HTTPS setups. This may be necessary if you want to run both Moodle and Mahara on the same host/ip and use HTTPS logins for both of them. Signed-off-by:
