Email is now changed in all three tables it's stored in during both
web and cli install

- have updated copyright for the pages that had existing copyright
notices (except for the lib/pieforms/ section as i'm not too sure if
that needs changing as it is a different Catalyst IT product)

This commit adds a Command Line Interface install and upgrade mechanism.
This should provide for unattended installations and upgrades.
