Bug 1510421

Defines a new static PluginBlocktype method, get_css_icon(), which
fetches the name of the CSS icon to use for this blocktype. It returns
false by default, which tells the theme to "fall back" to the old
thumbnail.png instead. 3rd-party plugins can override this to
specify a particular icon to use.

All the core blocktypes have been refactored to extend
MaharaCoreBlocktype, which uses the blocktype name as the name
of the CSS icon to use. I also deprecated the "SystemBlocktype"
class while I was at it.

PluginBlocktype::get_blocktypes_for_category() now returns both
the results of get_css_icon() and the thumbnail.png path, so that
themes can decide which they want to use. (And of course
thumbnail.png is served via thumbnail.php, so 3rd party themes
can provide their own custom image files if they wish.)

Was not working for urls with @ latitutude,longitude, zoom eg:

And not working for shorthand ulrs like https://goo.gl/maps/pZTiA



So I've added a check for the urls with @ latitutude,longitude, zoom
and turned them into an acceptible embed url. And for shorthand urls
I've added a generic function to fetch the url the short one resolves
to and so it can parse that one instead of the short url.

This patch modifies one regex and adds more, to handle the various
new possibilities for source URLs from Google Maps.

Google changed the format of their presentations embed codes,
their pdf viewer embedding, and so some docs stopped appearing.
This is getting very annoying.

Google keeps spitting out different urls to their users. Our users
aren't going to understand how to massage these to the correct
format, so we have to try keep up. Bad google, bad.

This adds a new regex that catches the new format. Addendum
to 8c1316f3

 in which "id=" changed
to "key=", this patch covers spreadsheets where google has now
changed the url from "/pub." to "/ccc."

It seems that the google spreadsheets published url changed and was
not being caught by the existing regexs. This adds a new regex that
catches the new format.

The "External feeds" tab looked a bit empty with just the External
Feeds block. We now have enough blocks to make it worthwhile to
have a tab for them: externalvideo, externalfeed and googleapps.

On Mahara sites served over HTTPS, the Google Books, Calendar,
Docs and Maps logos were seen by the browser as insecure content.

This patch uses the HTTPS version of the logos when needed.

It also always links to the secure versions of Docs and Calendar
just to ensure that our users are directed to the secure versions
of these Google services.
