It's noisy because the edit profile page wants lots of helpfiles that haven't been written, and it's too close to a release to set about writing them.

In practice it would be more useful along with other debug lines that tell a translator that they need to translate certain help files.

Previously, get_helpfile_location would just look in $langroot/lang/$langname/... for the file, when it could be in $langroot/$plugintype/$plugintype/lang/$langname.

Send some more data when a site is registered - mainly grouping views by viewtype and artefacts by artefacttype.

Tidy up the registration form. Display the data to send in a table, add a "send weekly updates" button.

Give installs an installation key which we send back to mahara.org to prevent people sending bogus data for other peoples' wwwroots.
