Now that we want to show multiple feedbacks on the view page we need
to switch the styles off the id and onto a class

Theme files for plugins can now live under the plugin's directory or under
the theme's directory. Moving the files for the core plugins to /theme
should make life easier for theme developers by putting them all in one place.

All the feedback comments will be displayed on the single exported page, no
pagination or limits. Star rating is preserved.

Tweaked the CSS to look reasonable on the raw and default themes too.

I haven't changed the <title> though I probably should at some point.
