Adding ability to pick no colour with skin elements (bug 1237730) · 683255c3
      Robert Lyon authored
This way the parent style can be utilised

Have made it so that undefined colours are displayed as ''
eg color: ; as css ignores these lines. (tested in FF and Chrome)

Needed to alter the way body background and view background are
displayed to allow for the inheritance of existing theme css.

I had to split the 'background' css attribute into components eg
background-color, background-image etc because FF was giving colour as
rgb(0, 0 ,0) if misisng from 'background' line.

Skins: Improving the CSS styling · ebbab2f8
      Aaron Wells authored
Bug 1168213: When you make your browser wide enough, on the
Default theme some white columns appear between the area colored
with the skin's View background and Body background.
This patch fills that area in with the View background.

      Aaron Wells authored
Bug 1168213: This way individual themes can override the stylesheet in
order to inform Skins about which styles and objects they should connect various styles to (or even ignore some Skin options entirely).
