Edit and Delete buttons should now have consistent, descriptive alt text -
where possible this includes the title of the object to be edited or deleted

- have updated copyright for the pages that had existing copyright
notices (except for the lib/pieforms/ section as i'm not too sure if
that needs changing as it is a different Catalyst IT product)

Unfortunately this patch doesn't do anything about the issue of making it so that
deleted messages don't affect pagination. That one turns out to be non-trivial.

For the field for a forum and blog post "Body" is used
that is not a very good choice. Therefore, the terms
are changed to "Message" and "Entry" respectively.

We removed info from the email subject and added it to headers. However
people generally don't see the headers, so this patch adds the info back
as pseudoheaders, while removing duplicate info such as poster name,
topic and time.

Forum email subjects are unwieldy so move forum name and group name to
custom headers so users can filter as well as have a more concise
subject line. Values in headers trimmed to 100 char based on information
at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2721605/maximum-size-of-email-x-headers

As per suggestion from Craig Eves.

The cause of a lot of complaints on mahara.org! Now done properly.

Also, fixed up the keys on the subscription tables. The primary keys were missing. It looks like mahara.org has duplicate data somehow, so the upgrade path cleans that up.

More to the point, add in an unsubscribe link that will eventually allow them to unsubscribe even if they're logged out.

If the option is set to yes and the forum has just been created, we subscribe all users in the group immediately.

An event handler (for new event type 'userjoinsgroup') will handle this options.

Prevent a crash when a group has no forum posts in it. Fix up some language strings on the group info page too.

The name is largely irrelevant as it's only the creator of the file.

Ran the copyright notice corrector script so all Mahara related files are correctly licensed under the GPL3.
