Run feature directories one at a time

Behat has some issues running the full suite and tracking down why is not turning out to be that easy.

We know that it seems to be running into some threshold and that individual feature directories run fine though.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
