This was cleaned up as part of bug #1665481.

Since the "Advanced options" on "Shared with" only
included the groups with whom a portfolio was shared
and because that is vital information, we now show
that information directly on the "Shared with me"
page rather than having to click for it (Bug #1674808).

When no custom logo is uploaded and the configurable
theme is used in an institution, the Mahara logo changes
color according to the theme background (Bug #1663436).
