To include the new settings for the "Reports"
section.

Now that all statistics have been consolidated
into "Reports", remove the site and institution
statistics references.

frameworks in order to focus on just one group

Where possible, add the paginator into the screenshot
for completeness.

Since we now have not only columns in the layouts
but also rows, it is not really possible to show

Adding the signature algorithm makes it possible to
hook ADFS into the SAML authentication. Theoretically,
this also works for Azure AD, but we haven't had the
chance to test that out due to lack of an Azure AD

It was shut down in November 2016. By now all
instances of Mahara would have had to move to
something else. So it was safe to remove.

to update the screenshot and include the "Return to
pages and collections" button, which is new in
Mahara 17.10 (Bug #1688416).
