Resolve "Figure out how we are doing translation strings"

  • Added in lingui library
  • Got EN and RU in for now
  • Updating LoginTypes with the two methods of creating translatable strings (one for props [lines 35-41], one for normal strings [line 32 etc]
  • Added in accessbility labels to tab navigation in App, got these strings extracting but it broken the app, so I removed the translation part but left the rest as is for future development (also emailed Thor j.i.c. he can figure it out)
